About the Owner
Mark Riggs
Chef Mark Riggs has been in the hospitality industry since the age of 15. Mark started as a dishwasher and found his love and passion for food and creativity in the kitchen.
Mark has worked in every food setting imaginable. He found that he was particularly interested in large scale fine dining food production. In 2019 he was able to parlay his vast experience in food production and marry it with USDA and food safety to create a company that helps lessen the load for other food professionals. Whether it is producing healthy and delicious Ready to Eat (RTE) meals or grilling and dicing chicken or beef to be used as an ingredient, you can find Mark and his team of talented chefs busy at work in their USDA certified production kitchen in the Seattle area.
